Legend has it that the original Pacificon game convention started in 1979 in a Castle! The old Dunfey Hotel in San Mateo looked like one with Turrets and more! That show still runs and is celebrating its 50th year in 2028!
We are starting a new tradition here in San Diego with the first ever South Pacificon Game Fest!
And we are starting out in a beautiful Masonic Lodge! An organization that goes back hundreds of years.

Featured Miniature Tournaments
We have taken our first step and are happy to announce a one day tournament of Warlord Games' Bolt Action! The game will be run by San Diego original Stephen Montgomery, who is the head Tournament Organizer with Warlord Games on the West Coast!
We are also currently in discussions for a Star Wars Legion Tournament, as well as a Games Workshop 40K Tourney. But that's not all! We will also be offering a fine selection of one off miniature games from some of the best hobbyists in the region!!

You can even fill out a form to reserve a table to play a favorite game of yours!
A Play to Win program!!! You will have a number of chances to win a game in our Play to Win program! You can win the very game you are playing! A Game Library - Your drivers license and admission badge allows you to borrow one of our many games on hand to play! And so much more!
The CVW (Central Valley Wargamers)!! These folks not only store and transport our convention materials, but they also find the time to set up and run some monster sized blow ups of popular board games! Over the years they have offered: Thunder Alley - Civilization - Time of Crisis - Whiskey Run (Fire and Fury) - Circvs Maximvs - Napoleonic Wars - King Maker and Game of Thrones!!
Role Playing Games Galore
So happy to have our dear friend Darryl Miller <he who runs the D&D Adventurers League at that little comic con you have here in town> heading up our AL Organized Play event. Look for great things coming from this section! Also, the Pathfinder Society (and Starfinder, too!) will be providing exciting content for players old and new!
The first of our featured GMs is none other than David Baxter (a founder of the fan-driven movie making company "Legion M") here running a featured game of "Against the Giants". We are looking at a few more featured GMs to host one offs from all manner of role playing adventures.
