It all started in a castle! Back in 1979, a great group of folk got together and started a gaming convention in the old Dunfey Hotel, which looked like a castle! Add four more shows to that, and you have PacifiConQuest Conventions!!

Pacificon Game Expo leads the way with all manner of tabletop gaming. It has proven to be so successful that we are starting a second Pacificon in San Diego next year! In Sacramento we offer MondoCon SAC in the fall, and in Ventura, we have MondoCon SoCal in the Summer and Winter.

Also new in 2026 is "Boardgaming in a Barn" at MondoCon Operation: Barnstorm!
